Education

I received a Bachelors of Science in Zoology from Oregon State University in 2013. I'm planning on going back to school to get my teaching license, and eventually a masters degree. I have also taken a tutoring class at Brigham Young University. While I was never an official teacher's aide in college, I did often help friends and classmates understand topics in some of my classes.

Experience

I currently work as an instructional aide at Centennial Middle School, so I spend every day helping students with their math and science assignments. I love watching students learn and seeing them finally understand a difficult concept. It makes me happy to see students excited about learning, and knowing that they are learning skills to succeed.

While I'm not a sports fanatic, I do enjoy playing soccer and racquetball. My more creative hobbies include photography, and doing hand lettering projects.
