I'm presently attending Brigham Young University, where my major is Applied Physics. When I graduate, I plan on furthering my education by earning a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering. While in college, I have tutored in the BYU Physics help lab. I have thoroughly enjoyed assisting all the students improve their comprehension in Physics. I get excited when I watch my students all of a sudden get an "AHA" moment and grasp what we have been studying. I believe it is really crucial for each person to have, at a minimum, a basic understanding of Science and Math. This basic understanding carries over into everyone being able to understand the world better. I am inspired to help my students grasp the concepts. I enjoy sharing my passion for Science and Math to others, and I enjoy finding new ways to show how fun and cool it is to master these subjects. I tutor in Spanish and Math, but my favorite is Physics.When I am not teaching or studying, I like to exchange quotes from movies with friends, swim, and read (particularly Orson Scott Card and Michael Crichton).
